The UAM4000L ultrasonic spray coating machine from Cheersonic is ideal for depositing suspensions containing carbon black inks, PTFE binder, ceramic slurries, platinum and other precious metals onto PEM fuel cells, GDLs, electrodes, various electrolyte membranes. We provide much more suitable ultrasonic solution for producing more stable, high electro chemical activity and very reproducible MEAs.
For the nozzle, all nozzles made of titanium alloy for anti-corrosion developed by Cheersonic shown create precise, repeatable, controllable, low-volume atomized spray patterns. The width of the shape is controlled by adjusting the nozzle distance to the substrate, flow rate and the viscosity of liquid. It is inherently non-clogging and self cleaning device due to ultrasonic vibration continuously break up the agglomerated particles and their relatively large orifice. There is no moving parts during the nozzle help to reduce the down time in the critical process.
