ULTRASONIC SPRAY PYROLYSIS EQUIPMENT

UAM2000 Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Equipment is being used in a wide variety of applications from nanoparticle formation to crystalline thin film deposition. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis has been used in the formation of nanoparticles of silver, lithium manganese oxide, zinc sulfide (ZnS), lead oxide (PbO), zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) and yttria-stabalized zirconia (YSZ) ceramics. Additionally, ultrasonic spray pyrolysis is being used in the formation of transparent conductive oxide layers such as indium tin oxide (ITO), zinc oxide (ZnO), aluminum zinc oxide (AZO), and fluorine oxide all common in the solar industry.

Heated substrates are typically 300-500 degrees C and this environment can cause damage to the inner workings of conventional ultrasonic technology. We offer a high temperature ultrasonic spray nozzle with an extended detachable tip that allows the ultrasonic tip to be inserted into the reaction chamber, while typically isolating or buffering the body of the ultrasonic nozzle from heat. The detachable tip can be swapped out and exchanged for a new tip without having to replace the entire ultrasonic system. This is advantageous to many ultrasonic spray pyrolysis designs, since the ultrasonic nozzle is typically mounted in hard to reach areas.
