Vascular Occluder
Vascular Occluder – Medical Device Coating – Cheersonic
Arteries are the main route of vascular interventional diagnosis and treatment, mainly including femoral artery and radial artery. Compared with ordinary vascular venipuncture, vascular puncture for interventional diagnosis and treatment has the characteristics of large diameter, high pressure and relatively deep location. Therefore, the perioperative complications of arterial puncture are still a problem that clinicians often face. At present, artificial compression and hemostasis through arterial access is considered to be the classic method for hemostasis at arterial puncture points. Since the mid-1990s, the use of vascular closure devices has significantly reduced perioperative vascular complications, improved patient comfort, and reduced patient bed rest and hospital stay.
Vascular closure devices are mainly divided into three categories:
1. (active) vascular closure device that uses mechanical methods to quickly seal blood vessels
2. Compression-assisted closure device for pressurizing the arteriotomy site
3. Vascular hemostatic patch that accelerates the coagulation cascade to shorten hemostasis time
With the development of interventional technology, interventional diagnosis and treatment of various complex lesions has gradually become an irreplaceable clinical treatment method. The femoral artery approach has the advantages of large lumen, high puncture success rate, convenient catheter operation, and repeatable puncture, and is still one of the main approaches for interventional diagnosis and treatment. With the popularization and continuous improvement of vascular occluders in clinical practice, compared with traditional artificial compression to stop bleeding, the perioperative vascular complications, bed rest and hospitalization time of patients were significantly reduced, and the quality of life was significantly improved. An ideal vascular closure device should have the advantages of simple operation, high success rate, no perioperative and long-term vascular stenosis, short braking time, and resistance to repeated puncture. All the above requirements are met. Some new technologies, such as ultrasonic-guided thermal denaturation and coagulation of vascular wall collagen and adsorption of microporous polysaccharide particles, may play a role in the field of vascular sealing. It has become a hot spot in the research of interventional therapy equipment in my country.
Ultrasonic nozzles are particularly suitable for a wide range of medical coating applications due to their very precise, non-blocking, repeatable spray performance and extremely low flow rate capability. For several years, Cheersonic has been providing ultrasonic medical coating system to medical device manufacturers worldwide. As medical device technology evolves, we will continue to design unique medical coating ultrasonic spray solutions to enhance patient safety and provide the highest quality medical device coating on the market.
Cheersonic is the leading developer and manufacturer of ultrasonic coating systems for applying precise, thin film coatings to protect, strengthen or smooth surfaces on parts and components for the microelectronics/electronics, alternative energy, medical and industrial markets, including specialized glass applications in construction and automotive.
