The UAC1000 ultrasonic spray machine is a programmable ultrasonic three-axis spray system that is ideal for many spray coating applications including advanced energy, electronics, nanomaterials etc. This system employs robust ball-screw slides driven by stepping motors. Spray pattern widths can be easily shaped and various from 1mm to 60mm depending on any Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzle types. It could work in glove box and other different operating environments.
