Ultrasonic Spray Coating of Electrodes for Energy Applications
Ultrasonic Spray Coating of Electrodes for Energy Applications – Cheersonic
The steps for preparing membrane electrodes by ultrasonic spraying are to first adsorb and lay the proton exchange membrane on the vacuum adsorption platform of the ultrasonic spraying equipment, then spray the solution onto the proton exchange membrane under ultrasonic conditions, and repeat the previous actions to spray different solutions. On top until spraying is complete.
Membrane electrodes prepared by ultrasonic spraying have high degree of automation, high efficiency, low manufacturing cost, and can meet the needs of quantitative production. The utilization rate of platinum in the ultrasonic sprayed film can reach about 90%, which reduces material consumption and thus saves the use of solution.
