The programmable bench top design ultrasonic spray coating machine UAC4000L is ideal for producing various uniform and durable coatings in R&D process. The UAC4000L integrated with different ultrasonic nozzles spraying width from 1 mm to 60 mm is widely designed for spraying PEM, GDL, Electrode and electrolyte membranes, by depositing solutions, suspensions as well as carbon black ink suspension, PTFE binder, ceramic slurry, platinum, platinum and other expensive metal catalysts. The operating system with multiple spraying methods is stable and easy to operate.
