Ultrasonic Coating System For Catalyst
Ultrasonic Coating System For Catalyst – CCM Coating – Cheersonic
Our ultrasonic coating system can be used to manufacture catalyst coating membranes (CCM), gas diffusion electrodes (GDE), and polymer membranes. The integrated program control system based on Microsoft Window includes: ultrasonic probe for generating coating mist, syringe pump for dispensing liquid, heated vacuum stage for holding coating samples, gantry system for moving nozzle probe and spray pattern .
Ultrasonic sprayers are one of the common tools used in developing new products for electrolysers, fuel cells and other applications. The ultrasonic sprayer will be used to replace existing sprayers and improve catalyst coating performance and output through better ultrasonic probes, liquid distribution, spray pattern control, etc. This ultrasonic spraying machine will be used to manufacture catalyst coating membranes (CCM), gas diffusion electrodes (GDE), polymer membranes, microporous layers (MPL), thin film coatings, etc. A typical spray coating process will use approximately 10 – 25 mL of ink per sample, depending on catalyst loading and coating area size.
