In the process of ultrasonic spray pyrolysis, each metal salt can be prepared into a precursor solution according to the stoichiometric ratio required for the preparation of composite powder. After being atomized by an atomizer, it is brought into a high-temperature reaction furnace by a carrier gas. Complete a series of physical and chemical processes such as solvent evaporation, solute precipitation to form solid particles, particle drying, particle thermal decomposition, sintering and molding, and finally form ultrafine powder. Using ultrasonic atomization technology, the solution can be uniformly atomized into micron or even nanometer-sized liquid particles, and the atomized droplets are sent to the high-temperature reaction furnace through the carrier gas for thermal cracking reaction. Ultrasonic spray pyrolysis can produce more uniform and finer powder particles than conventional pyrolysis.
