Spray pyrolysis ultrasonic nozzles can be used in R&D, pilot and industrial spray pyrolysis systems to prepare ultra-fine powders. It adopts ultrasonic atomization nozzle technology, which can uniformly atomize the precursor solution or suspension and spray it into the tube furnace for high-temperature thermal decomposition to prepare ultra-fine powder, which is the key in the system of spray pyrolysis (also known as spray pyrolysis) Atomization device. Cheersonic provides a complete ultrasonic spray pyrolysis system solution including ultrasonic atomization, high temperature furnace, powder collection, tail gas treatment, carrier gas control, precursor liquid supply distribution, etc. Ultrasonic high-frequency oscillation is used to atomize the liquid into uniform micron-sized particles. Compared with the traditional two-fluid nozzle, the ultrasonic nozzle can obtain more uniform and finer atomized particles, and it is not suitable for clogging the nozzle. According to the viscosity of different liquids, ultrasonic nozzles with different frequencies are selected, and the diameter of the atomized particles ranges from 0.5 microns to 40 microns.
