The UNC9000 ultrasonic nozzle is a unique ultrasonic nozzle designed specifically for solder paste production environments, used for atomizing molten metals and other molten materials (such as solder).

In applications that require strict control of particle diameter, such as the solder powder commonly used in the manufacture of solder paste, ultrasonic nozzles are an ideal choice.

For a long time, ultrasonic nozzles have been recognized as ideal tools for atomizing molten materials such as molten metals and solder. However, temperature limitations and wear issues on the nozzle atomization surface make it difficult to adapt to actual production environments. The ultrasonic nozzle of UNC9000 has successfully overcome these challenges by adopting a dual cooling system of air cooling/liquid cooling and a simple replaceable atomizing surface design. Its patented cooling method ensures that the temperature sensitive piezoelectric transducer inside the nozzle is always within a safe temperature range, even when atomizing high-temperature molten liquids.

For corrosive liquids, once corrosion begins to affect nozzle performance, replacing the titanium alloy atomizing head only requires simple operation.

By placing the supply tube adjacent to the atomization surface and allowing the molten solution to flow through it, the nozzle can achieve a flow rate of over 80 milliliters per minute in air and up to 100 milliliters per minute in vacuum or inert atmosphere.
