Perovskite Solar Cell Coating Fabrication
Perovskite materials are a new class of photovoltaic materials, which have the advantages of high extinction coefficient, suitable bandgap width, excellent bipolar carrier transport properties and solution processing, and are ideal light-absorbing materials. It exhibits certain ferroelectricity, photoelectricity and nonlinear optics, making it widely used in solar cells, photodetectors, optical materials and light-emitting diodes (LEDs).
Ultrasonic spraying technology has been proven to successfully deposit thin-film solar cell coatings with anti-reflection layer, TCO coating, buffer layer coating, PEDOT and active layer in thin-film and perovskite solar cell fabrication. At a fraction of the cost of CVD and sputtering equipment, ultrasonic spray systems reduce the cost of manufacturing thin-film solar cells while still delivering high cell efficiencies.
