Manufacture of Catalyst Coated Membrane

Cheersonic produces bench top ultrasonic coating system for manufacture of catalyst coated membrane (CCM), gas diffusion electrode (GDE), polymer membrane. A Microsoft Window base integrated program control system including: ultrasonic probes to generate mist for coating, syringe pumps to dispense liquid, a heated vacuum table to hold samples for coating, a gantry system to move spray nozzle probe, spray pattern.

Manufacture of Catalyst Coated Membrane - Spray Coater

Ultrasonic coating machine can be used for working on project to fabricate membrane electrode assemblys (MEA), gas diffusion electrodes (GDE), thin film modified membranes. Ultrasonic spray coater is one of the common tools in development of these new products for electrolyser, fuel cell and other applications. The ultrasonic spray coater will be used to replace an existing spray coater, improve catalyst coating performance and yield with better ultrasonic probe, liquid dispense, spray pattern control, etc. The spray coater will be used to manufacture catalyst coated membrane (CCM), gas diffusion electrode (GDE), polymer membrane, micro porous layer (MPL), thin film coating, etc.
