1. UAM4000L is installed with two sets of ultrasonic spraying system of 50khz and 120khz types. So that it could finish most types of lab experiments because of the wide range of ultrasonic frequency.
2. All anti-corrosion and non-clogging ultrasonic nozzles developed by Cheersonic shown create precise, repeatable, controllable, low-volume atomized spray patterns. No moving parts during the nozzle reduces downtime in critical time.
3. Be installed with ultrasonic dispersion syringe pump as the liquid delivery system. It could quickly disperse particles in a mixture and hold them evenly suspended for several hours or more.
4. 400*400 mm combination heat and vacuum substrate plate: the max heating is up to 150℃. It could finish adsorption and heating simultaneous to improve the uniformity of the film.
5. For the control system, the machine is installed with intelligent programming software and friendly operation system by the touch-screen.
6. Up to 80% reduction is in material consumption and coating uniformity>90%.
