Hydrogen Fuel Cell Metal Catalyst Coating System

The Cheersonic Hydrogen Fuel Cell Metal Catalyst Coating System is especially well suited for this challenging application by creating a relatively highly uniform, repeatable and stable coating. From development to manufacturing, Cheersonic’s coating technology enables better manipulation of coating properties, significantly reducing raw material usage, maintenance and downtime.

Hydrogen Fuel Cell Metal Catalyst Coating System - Cheersonic Ultrasonic

In the manufacture of hydrogen fuel cells and proton exchange membranes (PEM), the Cheersonic ultrasonic coating system can produce relatively highly durable, well-proportioned carbon-based metal catalyst printing ink coatings. Well-proportioned metal catalyst coatings are deposited on PEM hydrogen fuel cells, GDLs, electrodes, various electrolyte solution membranes, and solid oxide hydrogen fuel cells. The mixture contains carbon ink, PTFE binder, porcelain slurry, platinum and other precious metals.

In addition, the Cheersonic ultrasonic nozzle is especially suitable for spraying high polymer aqueous solution such as PTFE adhesive on GDL to improve the water absorption or hydrophobicity during the electrolysis process.
