The UAM3000 ultrasonic spray coating machine is a high-performance stent spraying equipment, mainly used for drug coating on the surface of stents. This device has the characteristics of supporting multiple series and multiple types of stents, high drug utilization, accurate drug delivery and high uniformity of the stent membrane later. Spray one piece of stent needs about 5minutes, there will be installed three sets of 120kHz ultrasonic spray systems, so that three pieces of the stents can be sprayed together.

Ultrasonic spray nozzles are advantage in penetrating complex stent geometries, ensuring full coverage of all strut surfaces without webbing.
