Spray Coating for Fuel Cell and Electrolyser
UAC4000L Ultrasonic Fuel Cell Spray Machine is use is spray coating for fuel cell and electrolyser applications. Ultrasonic spray coating is a thin film coating technique based on ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology that can provide highly homogenous and thin coatings with higher precision than other coating techniques, such as drop casting, spin coating, and screen printing. Conventionally, pressure nuzzles are used for atomization. Alternatively, the ultrasonic nozzle uses high frequency sound waves to create a fine mist of uniform micron sized droplets, enabling controllable and reproducible spray patterns for reliable and consistent results.
