Ultrasonic spray technology has proven successful for the deposition of antireflection, TCO, buffer, PEDOT, and active layer thin-film solar cell coatings in thin-film and perovskite solar cell fabrication. OPV, CIG, CdTE, CzTs, perovskite mixed solution sprayed by ultrasonic spraying technology in the production of thin film solar cells. Ultrasonic atomizing nozzle systems are inexpensive and reduce the cost per watt of manufacturing thin-film solar cells, while still giving high cell efficiency.
