ULTRASONIC NOZZLE

Ultrasonic nozzles break apart agglomerated particles as they travel down the nozzle body due to continuous ultrasonic vibrations along the length of the nozzle, resulting in the most effective use of functional particles. Breaking up agglomerates into evenly dispersed catalyst layers using ultrasonic spray results in higher electrochemical performance and greater repeatability of functional coatings.
Compared with traditional pressure or pneumatic nozzles, its core advantages are extremely prominent. Firstly, it can produce an extremely uniform and controllable atomization effect, with a narrow range of droplet diameter distribution, ensuring consistency and high quality of the coating, avoiding the occurrence of “orange peel” or sagging phenomenon. Secondly, its atomization process does not rely on high-pressure air, so there is almost no overspray or rebound, which can greatly improve material utilization. Especially for expensive functional coatings (such as conductive silver paste and nanomaterials), the savings rate can reach over 90%, significantly reducing costs.
