Aluminum Brazing Flux Spraying

The anti-clogging properties of ultrasonic nozzles offer immediate advantages over traditional pressure spraying. The unique atomization effect produced by ultrasonic nozzles significantly improves spray efficiency. This principle is based on the fact that ultrasonic nozzles, rather than relying on high pressure to force liquid through tiny channels, utilize a large aperture design and high-frequency vibrations to atomize the liquid into uniform, micron-sized droplets.
Another core advantage of ultrasonic spraying is its ability to effectively disaggregate agglomerated particles in suspensions. The liquid is continuously subjected to ultrasonic vibrations throughout the spraying process, resulting in more efficient and uniform suspension deposition.
