What is Perovskite?
The name of the perovskite battery is taken from the name of the Russian mineralogist Perovski, and the structure can be expressed by ABX3. In perovskite photovoltaics, the A site is usually occupied by organic cations (in recent years, all inorganic materials have also become a research hotspot), and the B site is Lead ion Pb2+ or stannous ion Sn2+, and the X position is a halogen anion. If the A site is mixed with two cations, or the X site is occupied by two halide anions, it is called a hybrid perovskite.
In short, perovskite materials do not refer to materials made of “perovskite” in a narrow sense, but a general term for materials with a specific structure.
Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are solar cells that use perovskite structure materials as light-absorbing materials, and belong to the representative of the third generation of high-efficiency thin-film cells.
Perovskite batteries have the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, and high flexibility; the cost of battery materials is low, the structure is simple, the manufacturing process is short, and the production energy consumption is low. It is a star material in the fields of photovoltaic BIPV and electric vehicle mobile power generation in the future.
Solar photovoltaic cells are used to directly convert the light energy of the sun into electrical energy. More and more countries have begun to develop solar energy resources and seek new opportunities for economic development power. The ultrasonic PV solar cell spray machine combines new spray and control technology to achieve more uniform, denser and controllable thin film coating. At the same time, it can be applied to a full range of ultrasonic nozzles, suitable for medium area and small scale production type film preparation.
Ultrasonic coating is a unique, environmentally-friendly, low velocity spray technology that creates micron thickness, very uniform protective and functional thin films with no clogging and very little overspray.
