Ultrasonic Spraying Pyrolysis Film Deposition System

Ultrasonic Spraying Pyrolysis Film Deposition System – Cheersonic

The spray pyrolysis film preparation method is to atomize the solution and spray it onto a heated substrate, and then obtain a desired material structure on the substrate. This equipment is an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis equipment independently. The integrated design of the device can accurately control the parameters such as the amount of solution, the speed of the spray particles and the size of the spray particles, and the substrate temperature.

This unique process sprays corrosive solutions in a high temperature environment and produces highly uniform size of droplets that achieve the optimal size droplet to perform the pyrolysis reaction. In a high temperature ultrasonic spray pyrolysis process, precursor solutions such as Aluminum Zinc Oxide are sprayed onto a substrate heated to approximately 300-500 degrees Celsius. The solvent is evaporated in transit and the ZnO crystalline film is grown on the substrate surface, often soda-lime or other glass. Substrate temperature often dictates the morphology characteristics of the film.
