Ultrasonic Spraying of Nano Ink
Ultrasonic Spraying of Nano Ink – Nano Spraying Technology – Cheersonic
When nanoparticles are applied to substrates using traditional coating techniques such as pressure spraying and web printing, they have limited uniformity control and the quantities of nanomaterials that must be used are prohibitive and costly. Cheersonic’s ultrasonic nozzles uniformly and accurately coat very thin layers of nanoparticles on substrates of different shapes, forms and sizes. The ultrasonic nozzle continuously produces micron-sized droplets, which carry the same concentration of nanoparticles. The nozzle transmits ultrasonic vibrations into the liquid suspension, reducing clogging. The liquid transfer coefficient is above 95%, with virtually no droplet “bounce” associated with traditional coating techniques.
About Cheersonic
Cheersonic is the leading developer and manufacturer of ultrasonic coating systems for applying precise, thin film coatings to protect, strengthen or smooth surfaces on parts and components for the microelectronics/electronics, alternative energy, medical and industrial markets, including specialized glass applications in construction and automotive.
Our coating solutions are environmentally-friendly, efficient and highly reliable, and enable dramatic reductions in overspray, savings in raw material, water and energy usage and provide improved process repeatability, transfer efficiency, high uniformity and reduced emissions.
