Ultrasonic Spraying of Conductive Silver Paste

Ultrasonic Spraying of Conductive Silver Paste – Cheersonic

The preparation methods of supercapacitor thin film electrodes can be divided into roller coating and spray coating. Spraying method can be divided into two-fluid spraying method and ultrasonic spraying method. Two-fluid spray atomization involves the interaction of high-speed gas and liquid, while ultrasonic spray uses ultrasonic vibrations to create droplets. Thin films prepared by ultrasonic spraying have the advantages of large coating area, high film uniformity, and high material utilization.

Ultrasonic Spraying of Conductive Silver Paste - Cheersonic

Our company recently cooperated with customers to conduct experiments using solutions doped with silver nanowires with different solid contents, and ultrasonic spraying was used to make thin film electrodes. Ultrasonic spraying is used to deposit the electrode slurry onto the substrate, which increases the electrode specific surface area and pore volume and enhances ion adsorption-desorption, thereby achieving improved charge storage.
