Through the ultrasonic spraying process, we successfully obtained relatively smooth single-wall, multi-wall and functionalized nanotube films. This technology does not require surfactants or wrapping polymers when preparing nanotube films, so there is no need to remove a large amount of surfactant from the sprayed nanotube film after deposition. The advantage of this method is that it can be used to prepare large-area carbon nanotube films, and the uniformity and continuity of the film are very good.
