Molecules with polar groups have great affinity for water and can attract water molecules or dissolve in water. The surfaces of solid materials formed by such molecules are easily wetted by water. Having this characteristic is the hydrophilicity of the substance.
Hydrophilicity refers to the physical property of molecules capable of forming transient bonds with water through hydrogen bonds. A hydrophilic molecule, or the hydrophilic portion of a molecule, is one that has the ability to polarize to the point where it can form hydrogen bonds and make it more soluble in water than oil or other hydrophobic solutions . Hydrophilic The property that the surface of a material is wetted by water. The high-precision syringe keeps the liquid supply speed in a stable state, with an accuracy as high as 0.01μL/min, so that the atomization amount per unit time remains stable.

Since the ultrasonic nozzle realizes liquid atomization through ultrasonic oscillation, and the atomized particles are determined by the ultrasonic oscillation frequency, it is different from the two-fluid nozzle, and the aperture of the nozzle does not need to be small to achieve fine atomized particles, so it reduces risk of nozzle clogging.
4. High raw material utilization rate and less splash.
Since ultrasonic spraying is liquid atomization through ultrasonic oscillation, the process of coating atomization does not require any gas, that is, the atomization process does not require pressure, and only a very low carrier gas pressure is applied to transport the liquid mist after atomization. Therefore, It greatly reduces the rebound and splash of liquid caused by high-pressure air spraying of two fluids, thus greatly improving the utilization rate of paint. The raw material utilization rate of ultrasonic spraying is more than 4 times that of ordinary air spraying, and the utilization rate can reach more than 90%.
5. The thickness of the coating is thin, which can reach tens of nanometers.
Since the spray volume of the ultrasonic nozzle can achieve a very low and stable flow rate (0.001ml/min), it can achieve very little loading on the substrate, thereby achieving a very thin dry film. For some nanomaterials, the dry film thickness can be as low as tens of nanometers. It can be used to prepare glass films such as transparent conductive films, anti-reflection and anti-reflection films, heat insulation films, hydrophilic and hydrophobic films, etc.
