Nafion membrane as the water-based acid polymer, is good as high conductive under high humidity conditions, high mechanical strength and good chemical stability at low temperature.
Cheersonic ultrasonic spraying system is very suitable for spraying small area of Nafion membrane substrate. The nozzle is waterproof, anti-corrosion and non-clogging for uniform coating, reducing the downtime in critical processes. Low pressure air/gas is used to focus the spray into very thin lines in very low volume applications especially for R&D. The continuous ultrasonic vibration in the nozzle and the frequency of 50kHz can maximize the consistency of the liquid characteristics during the spraying process especially for some solutions with relatively low viscosity. Besides ultrasonic vibrations continuously break up agglomeration to maximize catalysts utilization. Since Nafion membrane has the characteristics of swelling easily when absorbed by water, ultrasonic nozzle creates the thinnest, most sharply defined lines of all air shaping systems, which can accurately spray uniformly in a short time.
