Our company’s ultrasonic spraying equipment can be used in the field of electrochemical sensors to apply functional coatings on electrodes through ultrasonic spraying technology.

Our technical engineers are studying various coating application technologies. Currently, it is possible to coat a uniform film of no more than 50μm on the sensing area of the electrode. The radius of the sensing area is 4mm (area ~50mm). It is one of the functional/conductive coatings. Contains carbon and polymer resin particles.
