Ultrasonic Spray for Efficient Flexible Perovskite Solar Cells – Cheersonic
Flexible electronic products have aroused great interest in wearable device applications. Flexible solar cells can be integrated into flexible electronic products as a power source for wearable devices. In this work, TiO2 nanoparticles were deposited on a polymer substrate using ultrasonic spraying method for manufacturing flexible perovskite solar cells.
Using ultrasonic spraying technology, we prepared a low-temperature treated TiO2 dense layer on a large area of flexible substrate, with a roughness lower than the thickness of the TiO2 film. This method provides a potential approach for the manufacturing of efficient large-area flexible perovskite solar cells.
