Ultrasonic medical spraying equipment can be used for precision ultrasonic nozzles and spraying and spray drying equipment for instruments such as drug-coated stents, peripheral stents, balloons, wound dressings, dressings, nano silver, guide wires, catheters and vacuum blood collection tubes.

Our ultrasonic coating system can be used to spray anti-restenosis drug-eluting polymer solutions onto implantable stents. We have knowledge in spraying hundreds of different grades of polymer chemistry. Ultrasonic nozzles have advantages in spraying complex stent geometries to ensure coverage of all support rod surfaces of the stent. The gentle atomized spray can adhere well to the surface, and the morphological characteristics of the coating can be adjusted by modifying the process parameters. High-pressure nozzles cannot apply the coating uniformly like an ultrasonic coating system. Compared with dip coating, the coating applied by ultrasonic is much thinner, saving spray material. Since the ultrasonic nozzle is rarely blocked, the spray quality will not decrease over time.
