Spraying TCO Layers
Ultrasonic spray technology has been proven succesful for depositing thin film solar cell coatings of anti-relfection layers, Buffer layer coatings, PEDOT and active layers in thin film and perovskite solar cell manufacturing. We also have provided the spray pyrolysis equipment with high temperature plate up to 500℃ for spraying TCO layers. We provide a series of ultrasonic thin film coater from benchtop type for laboratory R&D, stand-alone coater, to inline coater for industrial scale.
