Spray Sol Gel Coatings

SiO2/TiO2 composite sol-gel coatings have received significant attention in recent years due to their potential application in many industrial applications as self-cleaning, antireflective, protective or photocatalytic coatings.

UAC4000L ultrasonic spray equipment can be used to spray sol gel coatings. We use ultrasonic spray coating to apply a SiO2/TiO2 composite sol-gel coating on a glass substrate that significantly improved the chemical resistance against basic media and stability in acid media.
