Spray on Carbon Cloth

Our ultrasonic coating machine can be used to spray on carbon cloth, carbon paper and nickel foam. The application of liquid with 90% made of ethanol sprayed onto the carbon cloth or carbon paper could be avaliable. We recommend the ultrasonic coater UAC6000 which is suitable for medium production. It can equipped with one set or multiple sets of ultrasonic spray systems. According to our knowledge, the production efficiency is greatly influenced by many factors, including the viscosity of liquid, the amount of liquid sprayed on the substrate etc. However, the lab test is necessary to optimize the coating process. Our application engineer would work closely with customer to improve the coating effect. You are welcome to send the sample material for free test in our laboratory.
