Spray Colloidal Solution

Ultrasonic Spray Deposition is used to gently spray colloidal solution onto heated substrates to prepare high-quality films of a variety of materials. Dense yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) films with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 100 µm were successfully deposited on NiO/YSZ substrates as well as porous La0.85Sr0.15MnO3 substrates.
