Spray Coated Membrane Electrode

Spray Coated Membrane Electrode – Ultrasonic Spray Coating System

Membrane electrode assembly (MEA) is the core component of proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC), which is mainly composed of three parts: proton exchange membrane (PEM), electrocatalytic layer and electrode diffusion layer. The preparation and optimization of membrane electrode assembly is the key technology of PEMFC. Its structure and preparation process not only directly determine the performance of the fuel cell, but also are essential for reducing production costs, increasing specific power and specific energy, and accelerating the commercialization process. In order to meet the development requirements of fuel cells, our company has proposed a cheap method to prepare proton exchange membranes. In terms of membrane electrode preparation, our company has successfully prepared membrane electrodes by ultrasonic coating.
