PEM Electrolyzer Coating System

The Cheersonic Ultrasonic Coating System software is particularly suitable for spraying carbon-based catalyst inks onto electrolyte solution membranes used to electrolyze water for hydrogen production.

The PEM electrolyzer coating system is automatic, can perform two-sided coating, and can apply a different metal catalyst recipe to each side of the membrane. The durability and accuracy of the coating has been proven to be better than other coating methods, thereby increasing the life of the coated PEM.
