SPRAYING CARBON NANOTUBE
Ultrasonic spraying is used to spray carbon nanotubes to create a uniform coating in energy, electronics or other nanotechnology applications. Since the carbon nanotubes tend to accumulate in solution, and the ultrasonic vibration of the nozzle continuously disperses the agglomerates in the suspension during the coating process, CHEERSONIC’s ultrasonic spraying is very suitable for carbon nanotube spraying applications.
Ultrasonic coating systems are used to deposit nano-layer coatings with uniform thickness on substrates of any width.
