Manufacture of Electrocatalyst Materials and Electrolyzers

Our group is working on the manufacture of Electrocatalyst materials and electrolyzers on the lab scale. Right now, we do the fabrication of our electrodes with automatic ultrasonic spray coaters.

Our fully automatic spray coating machines are compatible with a wide range of materials, including but not limited to solvents, ionomers, nanoparticle solutions (carbon, metal, PTFE NP) and particulate adhesive slurries. The equipment is also equipped with a sonication or stirring system for material mixing during operation to prevent agglomeration of particles in the reservoir/pump. Different heating substrates can be customized according to customer needs.
