Fuel Cell Ultrasonic Spraying
Fuel Cell Ultrasonic Spraying – Spraying Carbon Nanotubes – Cheersonic
Cheersonic focused on the ultrasonic coating technology more than 20 years. The ultrasonic spray coating equipment from Cheersonic can deposit uniform catalyst coatings onto PEM, GDLs, electrodes, various electrolyte membranes and solid oxide fuel cells with suspensions containing, carbon black inks, PTFE binder, ceramic slurries, platinum etc.
The ultrasonic spray coating machine UAM4000L is popular in laboratory R&D and low-volume production.
(1) Programmable bench top XYZ three axis exercise and the equipment is installed with one set of ultrasonic spray system, for spraying PEM, the frequency can be 50kHz.
(2) There are two typical shape types of nozzles could be chosen: focused type with straight line shape (the width of shape: 2-10mm) or wide type with fan shape (the width of shape:10-60mm) for choose. In addition, the width of the shape is controlled by adjusting the distance between nozzle and substrate, flow rate, carry gas etc. Ultrasonic nozzle is ideal for spraying suspensions containing carbon black inks, PTFE binder, ceramic slurries, graphene, platinum and other precious metals.
(3) 400*400mm of combination heat and vacuum substrate plate: the max heating is up to 150℃. It could finish adsorption and heating simultaneous to improve the uniformity of the film.
(4) The liquid delivery system includes precision syringe pump and 50ml magnetic stirring dispersion syringe. The liquid delivery system is ideal for dispersing catalyst inks or slurries.
(5) 7 inch touch screen with user friendly interface R&D embedded system, 3 user log in levels – Operator, Supervisor and Engineer. The storage programs is up to 999 sets.
(6) Up to 80% reduction in material consumption. Uniform and controllable coating thickness meet from ten nanometers to tens of micrometers. Coating uniformity>95%.
