UAM8000 ultrasonic spray system, it designed to be installed with 1-10 sets of ultrasonic nozzle system. The nozzles are mounted on a bridge frame, and in the side is the industrial embedded controller. For the liquid delivery system, there is industrial continuous pump which can continuously supplied with liquid.

The spray width is controlled by the flow rate, carrier gas and the distance of the nozzle to the fabric. The height of nozzle to the coating material should be adjustable, usually the height is from 100 to 350mm. The distance between two nozzles should be adjustable in order to get uniform coating and each nozzle can be used independently to spray smaller spray width.

The fabric moves underneath the nozzle for spray. The feature of this system is spraying uniform, repeatable thin film coatings across wide widths. There is also 10 inch touch screen with embedded ARM programming software is user friendly and also light tower that different color indicates ready state, machine in operation state and alarm state.
