Drying of Nanoparticles – Nanocoating Deposition – Cheersonic

We have been engaged in the production and research of nanoparticles for many years, and we currently have equipment for nanocoating deposition and nanoparticle atomization granulation. One of the challenges in the nanoparticle atomization granulation process is to extract particles from the aqueous solution by drying. At present, our company has ultrasonic atomization granulation equipment, and can be equipped with a variety of nozzles to prepare nanoparticles of different diameters.

There are three frequencies to choose from for powder production.
1. Megasonic nozzle, 2-3um particle size
2. 120kHz nozzle, 10um particle size
3. 50kHz nozzle, 20um particle size
