Deposit a Catalyst Ink onto a Porous Teflon Substrate - Cheersonic

The benchtop ultrasonic coater UAM4000L is popular for laboratory R&D and low volume production. Ultrasonic sprayer can be used to deposit a catalyst ink onto a porous Teflon substrate. The maximum spraying area can be customized according to different needs. It mainly includes XYZ three-axis servo motion system and R-axis nozzle rotating mechanism, which are combined with a full-featured track editing system to realize the spraying function of any two-dimensional plane graphics, such as rectangle, circle, triangle or curve.
