Notably, it can achieve an astonishingly thin coating thickness, with a minimum of just 100nm, enabling ultra-precise finishes. To ensure seamless ultrasonic atomization – that crucial process which transforms liquid into a fine mist – the liquid’s viscosity must be kept under 20cps. This constraint is key to unlocking the device’s full potential and guaranteeing consistent, high-quality spraying results.
