The Balloon Catheter Ultrasonic Precision Sprayer is an ultrasonic sprayer suitable for spraying anti-restenosis polymers or plasticizers onto implantable balloon catheters. It mainly includes X+U axis precision motion module, equipped with a full-featured program editing system, equipped with ultrasonic nozzles produced by CHEERSONIC, and equipped with a precision constant-flow syringe pump, digital display carrier gas system, optional ultrasonic dispersion liquid supply system, heating and other functions.

The whole equipment has a simple and elegant structure and complete functions. The X-axis controls the horizontal movement of the ultrasonic nozzle in the X-direction, and the adjustment accuracy can reach 0.01mm. The U-axis drives the stent to make a 360° rotating motion to make the micron-level droplets after ultrasonic atomization evenly fall on the blood vessel stent. High-precision constant current injection is used. The pump controls the liquid flow, allowing precise control of the coating thickness.
