In this study, cotton and polyester textiles were coated Aluminum (Al) by using UAM8000 Ultrasonic Spraying System. The textiles surfaces were coated with the Al material by ultrasonic coating machine and it is obtained 100nm coating thickness on the surface. The UAM8000 is a mass production coating equipment for large area spraying, with up to 12 ultrasonic spray heads installed on the machine. The system features: uniform, repeatable thin film coating over a wide width, customizable widths, and proven performance for 24/7 high-volume production operations.
