Ultrasonic Spray Coating of Nanoparticle
Ultrasonic Spray Coating of Nanoparticle – Cheersonic
When coating nanoparticles, traditional coating techniques such as pressure spraying often face limited uniformity control and high costs. The emergence of ultrasonic nozzle technology provides new possibilities for solving these problems.
Ultrasonic nozzles are capable of uniformly and accurately coating very thin layers of nanoparticles on substrates of different shapes, forms and sizes. It continuously produces micron-sized droplets that carry the same concentration of nanoparticles. When the liquid reaches the target, it evaporates and gently positions the nanoparticles, with a transmission coefficient of over 95% and virtually no “bounce” seen in traditional coating technologies.
This technology not only greatly improves the uniformity and accuracy of the coating, but also reduces the use of nanomaterials and reduces costs.
