Glass Surface Coating AFP

Ultrasonic spraying machine can be used to coat AFP on the surface of glass, providing an easy to clean coating for curved glasses. The current tested curved eye size is about 800x180mm, the glass thickness is about 1.1mm, and the bending radius along the glass length direction is about R=700mm.

In the coating process of glass manufacturing, the ultrasonic spraying system can spray a very thin anti fouling layer and other protective materials on any width of glass, avoiding the problem of uneven coating. The ultrasonic spraying system has more advantages in spraying AFP than traditional vacuum deposition. Ultrasonic atomization spraying technology can be used to prepare curved eyeglass film coatings.
