Ultrasonic Coater of Fuel Cell and Water Electrolysis Research
Ultrasonic coating machine can be used for fuel cell and water electrolysis research. The catalyst will be coated on a gas diffusion layer or polymer electrolyte membrane. The coating area will be 5 cm x 5 cm. Uniform catalyst coatings are deposited onto PEM fuel cells, GDLs, electrodes, various electrolyte membranes, and solid oxide fuel cells with suspensions containing carbon black inks, PTFE binder, ceramic slurries, platinum and other precious metals.
Application
1.Substrate: gas diffusion layer or polymer electrolyte membrane
2.Coating area: 50*50mm
Cheersonic’s experienced team of application engineers have over 20 years of ultrasonic coating expertise in advanced energy industry. We will plan, test, evaluate and develop a coating process that is right for customers.
