Ultrasonic Spraying Photovoltaic Glass

Ultrasonic Spraying Photovoltaic Glass – Cheersonic

Ultrasonic spray equipment can be used to deposit the TiO2 electron transport layer for perovskite solar cells. The fabrication of high-efficiency perovskite solar cells on a larger scale will rely on using ultrasonic spraying technology to optimize each layer of deposited coating.

Most TiO2 perovskite components currently use a simple spray gun method. This approach is not scalable as it results in significant coating non-uniformity between larger areas. To overcome this inherent limitation, in this work we use ultrasonic spray deposition as an alternative method for TiO2 deposition. Compared with spray guns, we found that using an ultrasonic spray system, the TiO2 layer can be easily deposited on the substrate and maintain a high uniformity even over large areas. The electronic conduction efficiency of devices fabricated using ultrasonic spray deposition methods is significantly improved, and the deviation is greatly reduced.
