Ultrasonic Spray Deposition Nanowire Ink

Ultrasonic Spray Deposition Nanowire Ink – Cheersonic

The ultrasonic nanomaterial spraying system is particularly suitable for spraying nano suspensions, such as carbon nanotubes, nanowires, perovskites, graphene, etc. Due to the inherent ultrasonic vibration of the nozzle, the energy breaks up the agglomerated particles in the suspension, and the liquid is subjected to continuous mechanical vibration throughout the spraying process without damaging the material. This is particularly beneficial where homogeneous dispersion of functional nanoparticles is required. In contrast, other spray technologies fail to disperse clumps and are prone to clogging.

Ultrasonic nozzles uniformly and accurately coat very thin nanoparticles onto substrates of different shapes, forms and sizes. The ultrasonic spray nozzle continuously produces fine droplets, which carry the same concentration of nanoparticles. The nozzle injects ultrasonic vibrations into the liquid suspension, causing the liquid to form a clump-free system. When the liquid reaches the target, it evaporates and deposits the nanoparticles gently, with a transfer coefficient greater than 95% and virtually no “bounce” associated with traditional coating technologies. Ultrasonic nozzle systems are ideal for deposition of nanoparticles in suspension. The large aperture and ultrasonic vibration of the ultrasonic nozzle enable atomization of high solid particles without clogging.
