UAM6000XL (drawer type) is a production scale coating system with the ability to coat glass substrates, with a coating area of up to 1280 * 710mm (customizable coating area). The substrate uses a drawer like mode for discharge and feeding, which not only saves space but also facilitates the loading and unloading of large substrates.
